I use the MK-677 and RAD-140 because when I would get my chemo I felt tired and didn’t really feel like doing anything, but with these I have the energy that I had before I was on chemo. Also, I’ve noticed a little improvement on my focus and mental clarity.

Honestly I think it’s obvious that you need to work out while taking any supplement along with proper dieting. I go to the gym 5 days a week and when I workout I go after taking these then my pre-workout. I didn’t feel anything negative and I personally could see the changes and lost a lot of stomach fat.
